ST. ALBANS TOWN RESIDENTS:
The Town of St. Albans has notified the City Recreation Department that as of July 1, 2013, the Town will cease offering rate stabilization to Town residents seeking to participate in City recreation program as residents.
As of July 1, 2013 Town residents will be regarded as non-residents for purposes of registration. If a Town resident registers for a program prior to 7/1/13, but the program occurs 7/1/13 or after, the additional fee will be added to your account.
While this will affect Town resident's rates, this will cause no change in City resident's rates.
