Baseball for 4 year olds
Start Smart Baseball is an introductory baseball program for kids who have turned 4 years old by May 1, 2010. A Saturday morning program designed to little ones in the "swing" of baseball. Parents work together with their children to learn the basics; running bases, throwing and batting. all participants will receive a hat and shirt. This is a parent and child activity with the emphasis on FUN!
Please make sure your little baseball player brings a water bottle and wears good running shoes. Cleats are not necessary. See you Saturday!
If it is necessary to cancel baseball on Saturday June 8 due to weather conditions, we will make notification here and on Facebook. "Like" St. Albans Recreation Department on FB to get up to the minute info.
Start Smart Baseball
- All kids must be 4 years old by May 1, 2013.
- Players should bring a glove if they have one.
- Parental involvement is a must for this program.
