Cardio Kickboxing - a combination of aerobics, boxing and martial arts. This intense, total-body workout will improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance while burning hundreds of calories and releasing stress. Not for those weary of sweat - yet simple combination for all abilities.
