Beginner Bootcamp with Andrea Gagner on Saturday mornings!
Bootcamp doesn't have to be intimidating, in fact, it can be one of the most successful resources in a healthy lifestyle. Combining strength training with old school calisthenics is proving to be a fun and popular way of gaining strength and shedding pounds! This total body workout will have you doing things you've never thought yourself capable of. Not only will it enchance your overall health, your speed, your agility and your strength, it will improve your self-confidence. Each session runs for 6 weeks. There is a 2 week break, and next session starts.

Andrea is currently working on her Group Fitness Certification, has been a cycling instructor for 3 years, collaborated in developing and occasionally instructs ICC - Iron Clad Cardio - has been instructing Triple F - Friends, Fun & Fitness - for the past 2 years, and is a participant in several road, obstacle and Spartan Races. We're delighted to have her on board with the St. Albans Recreation Department.
Location update: Due to renovations at City Hall, Boot Camp will be held at Project Soar Gym starting Saturday, April 4, 2015 at 9am until further notice. Thank you to Project Soar for helping us out during this project!
