HoopnoticaFiT is a low to no impact cardio that strengthens your core and tones the entire body for beginners to intermediate. 
 
Health benefits of hooping:



You'll burn through excess inches; increase your metabolism; strengthen your core; decrease back pain; as well as tones arms and improve confidence. Also, hooping is a great stress releif and helps foster creativity.

Is it hard to learn?



Some moves are more challenging than others.  You'll be surprised how easy the basics are, and have fun learning the more intermediate moves as well. 



Is it hard on the joints?



Hoopnotica is Zero to low impact aerobics.  It is so easy on the joints, even seniors and pregnant women can enjoy Hoopnotica.



What if I can't Hoop?



Hoopnotica uses larger, weighted hoops that are easier to use than kids hoops.  99% of people find that within 5 minutes of trying they can hoop like they did as a kid.
