Core Power!  It's not just your ABS!  No class on Thursday 8/21

Many people confuse an ab workout with a core workout. Your core encompasses much more than just abdominal muscles. The core includes muscles attached to the hips, pelvis, lower back and your abdominals. A strong core is essential in helping to maintain stability and is the center that houses all of your internal organs and central nervous system. Strengthening your core can help alleviate back pain, improves posture lowers the risk of injury as we get older. This 45 minute class will focus on strengthening your core with a series of body weight and weighted exercises.
