Cardio Burn

Get a great calorie burn in just 30 minutes. Life gets so busy that often times we forget to take care of ourselves. This 30 minute workout; 5 minute warm up, 20 minute cardio, calorie burn, and 5 minute cool down, will help you burn an additional 250 - 350 calories. It fits conveniently into most people's lunch hour so it doesn't interfere with life's responsibilities. Class begins at 12:15 and ends at 12:45.
