Nordic Walk
Have you wondered what Nordic Walking is all about?  Here's a great opportunity to try it out.  Nordic walking is done with poles (like ski poles).  Using the poles helps lengthen your gate, ups the cardio benefit and gives an overall 30% greater work out than walking alone.  You know walking is great, Nordic Walking is even better!  Great for beginners and seasoned Nordic Walkers alike.

We'll meet at the Rail Trail Parking lot and go for a stroll.  all equipment is provided.  Dress in comfortable layers and wear sturdy, comfortable walking shoes or boots.  More dates will be added if there is interest.

Registration Policy
  • Interested participants must pre-register on line or by calling the office. If there are no registrants, the instructor will not be at trail.
