Teen Runners (Legs Only)
All sports begin with basic fundamental movement and core sports skills. The ABCs of athleticism include agility, balance, coordination and speed, while fundamental movement skills include running, jumping, skating and throwing. Children must have a solid foundation in these fundamental movement skills before they are able to succeed in acquiring sports skills.  
This program meets on Mondays and will include a wide range of activities designed to push your kids to the next level in a fun and motivating environment.   Examples of activities will include; Hard’Ack hill climbs, long runs (1-2 miles), plyometrics, cardio kickboxing, cardio sport classes (Dukes Fitness Center), pushups, core exercises.

**New registration option....Now rather than registering by the month, participants can buy a "5 Pack" of sessions.  So if you can't make every week, no problem.  Attend as you can until you've attended 5 sessions, then re-register for another 5 Pack.
